PROCESSING SCHEDULE:

Monday - Thursday

Turn around time is normally 24 hours.  All orders placed after 2p.m. will be considered the next business day processing.  

Shipping is normally 1-3 days depending on your location.

NOTE: For all RUSH SAME DAY PICK UP ORDERS there will be a $20 rush fee!!

12 Noon (CST) Central Standard Time is the cut off time for SAME DAY RUSH ORDERS (Monday-Thursday ONLY!)

Friday Rush is $30 if placed by 1:00pm

Please Note:  Your artwork must be print ready.  If art needs to be modified, this will delay your order.  

We recommend Uploading Files sRGB & 300DPI for best possible output and vibrancy. 

UPLOAD ONLY PNG OR PDF WITH Transparent Background.

Fine details that are below 9PT are too small to be transferred correctly onto the garment. You can fix this by adding a stroke or outline around the small details to make them thicker to adhere white under base. 

Shadows, transparent or translucent gradient are not recommended, as it will start to break, separate, and create rugged edges.
